Since 2024, over 70 companies have left Nigeria, taking significant jobs and FDI with them.๐ข. This year alone, multinationals like GSK, Procter and Gamble, Equinor, Bolt Food, ExxonMobile, and Unilever have exited or downsized, citing forex scarcity, Naira instability, insecurity, high inflation, and tough operating conditions. Rather than addressing these issues, the government's approach seems to beโฆlooking away! To boost foreign investment and save jobs, they should tackle inflation, energy costs, and infrastructure challenges.
